PAYMASTER – FULL TIME – Complete weekly payroll processing by collecting payroll approval from department managers,
preparing payroll reports and spreadsheets to include gratuities & tips. Submit payroll reports and spreadsheets to Finance,
collect payroll from SunStream Corporate Office and distribute paychecks. Prepare Employees Month End insurance
reconciliation. Assist corporate Human Resources with annual projects including benefit open enrollment period, W-2
audit, and holiday bonuses. Maintain a high level of confidentiality of all accounting and payroll information including
personnel records and employee pay rates. Sign/approve Human resources related forms. Reinforce all company policies
and procedures with all property staff including managers and supervisors. Assist with special accounting projects for month
and year end items as needed. Respond to all voice mails and e-mails in a timely manner. Working knowledge of Aloha, ADP
and TimeQuest preferred. Proficiency with computer equipment and Microsoft Office programs required. College degree
preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to meet strict deadlines efficiently and
with a high degree of accuracy. Must speak, read and write English and be able to work a flexible schedule that may include
evenings, weekends and holidays. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.

RESTAURANT MANAGER – FULL TIME – Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing & coordinating the efforts of all
workers & resources to produce excellent F&B items, efficient service & optimal profit. Ensure all health & safety regulations
are followed, general cleanliness & maintenance of kitchen & dining areas. Hire & train staff, investigate & resolve all guest
complaints, review & monitor budget & inventory. Work with chefs in creating menu items that are popular & flavorful for
guests, ensure efficient purchasing of supplies, estimate F&B costs & assist in determining portion sizes for items to minimize
waste. Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills & the ability to deal graciously with the public as well as
staff. Demonstrated knowledge of F&B operations required. Minimum 1 year previous experience in similar role required.

BANQUET CAPTAIN – FULL TIME – Directly supervise all catered events including planning, set-up, execution & tear down
of all events. Review steps of service & assignments with staff for each event, work closely with F&B Director and Catering
Manager to ensure guests satisfaction throughout event, & efficiently resolve any guest complaints. Be knowledgeable of
event requirements, menu items, & all preparations for room & staff involved. Ensure cleanliness of event area, determine
when guests should not be served additional alcohol & report concerns to Catering Manager or F&B Director. Minimum 1
year previous experience in similar role required. Must have excellent organization & communication skills & be able to work
a flexible schedule which will include days, evenings, weekends & holidays as needed.

RESORT ATTENDANT – 1 PART TIME – 1pm-9pm, Fri- Mon – Responsible for maintaining cleanliness & organization in all
common areas of the resort including, but not limited to, parking lot, hallways, stairwells, pool, & landscaping. Previous
housekeeping experience preferred. Basic English skills required; flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings & holidays,
as required.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – FULL TIME – EVENING SHIFT, 2pm-10:30pm, Sun – THURS!! Responsible for performing various
building maintenance repairs, upgrades and service items including heating/air repairs and plumbing repairs as needed.
Repair and or install lighting fixtures, sprinklers, faucets, washers and seals, clogged drains, assemble and/or repair furniture
and cabinetry. Ability to troubleshoot any repairs needed and order required parts as approved by supervisor/manager.
Maintain neat and safe work environment and alert management to any unsafe conditions. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
occasionally; 50 pounds frequently. Must have full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers and legs in order to stoop, crawl,
walk, bend, push, pull, reach and lift as required by various job duties. Responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a
courteous manner during all guest interaction. Minimum of 1 yr experience with a strong plumbing background required.
Must read, write and speak English. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends and

TURNDOWN ATTENDANTS – 2 PART TIME, 2pm-10pm Fri-Sat + Sunday hours – Turndown all guest rooms assigned;
turndown bedspread and sheets and prop pillows on bed; turn radio onto station 93.7FM; turn a light on near bed and in
living area; place two (2) pieces of chocolate per person occupying the room on the night stand; put remote control on
nightstand; vacuum/sweep if needed; clean bathroom; replace soiled towels and bathroom amenities as needed; clean
living area if needed; and empty all trash. Report damage or problems in all rooms to supervisor in a timely manner. Replace
any missing items and/or supplies as needed. Responsible for safely using chemicals, cleaning supplies and equipment in a
manner consistent with trained procedure and MSDS requirements. Attend all scheduled housekeeping shift and quarterly
meetings. All lost and found items are to be turned into your supervisor as soon as possible. Keep closets and housekeeping
cart neat and tidy. Assist with special procedures as needed.

SOUS CHEF – FULL TIME – Responsibilities include planning and directing food preparation, as well as assisting with
supervision of kitchen staff. Duties include preparation and cooking of food, and ensuring that all food is of top quality,
and that kitchen staff are mindful of cost standards associated with the food. This person will assist with menu planning,
inventory, managing supplies, ensuring that kitchen has proper safety standards, and that the team is following proper
sanitation guidelines. A minimum of two (2) years of recent Sous Chef experience is required. Must have excellent
organization and communication skills, and have attention to detail. Qualified candidates must be able to work a flexible
schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays, as needed.

LINE COOK – 4 positions available, 3 PART TIME & 1 FULL TIME – Two positions are OVERNIGHT! Accurately & efficiently
cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups & other hot food products as well as prepare & portion food products prior to cooking.
Perform other duties including plating & garnishing of cooked items. Handle, store & rotate all products properly while
maintaining a sanitary work station. Follow all sanitation & safety guidelines. Min. 2 yrs prior exp. Must speak, read & write

BANQUET SET-UP – PART TIME – Read daily & weekly event orders to assist Banquet Captain in determining appropriate
table/chair arrangements for group events. Set up tables, chairs, decorations, buffets, audio visual equipment & other
necessary items for the event. After event concludes, break down all tables, chairs, buffets, & technical equipment & store
appropriately. Assist in cleanup of event room including trash removal, vacuuming, wiping down tables/chairs & any other
housekeeping duties required. Full mobility in arms, hands, fingers, legs and feet to push, pull, lift, carry items required for
set-up & breakdown. Ability to lift 25lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally. Must be able to speak, read & write English.
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends & holidays are required. Previous set-up experience is required.

CONCIERGE – PART TIME – Provide information regarding resort & local area to guests. Includes, but is not limited to,
restaurants, theme parks, airlines, transportation, business services, spa outlet, theaters, etc. Make reservations for all
requested activities and/or services; provide requested information in a timely manner. Min.2 yrs recent concierge &
supervisory exp. req’d. Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills, high attention to detail & excellent guest
services skills to ensure guest satisfaction. Must be proficient with MS Office applications, including Outlook & Word. Ability to
work flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings & holidays, as needed. Must be able to speak, read & write in English.

DISHWASHER – PART TIME – Properly clean & sanitize plate ware, glassware, utensils & equipment for guests & employees,
utilizing appropriate sanitation guidelines, cleaning solutions & adhering to company policies as well as state & federal law
regarding sanitation of dishes, etc. Place clean plate ware, glassware, utensils, pots/pans & other items in specified areas for
use by kitchen staff & guests. Keep workstation areas clean by sweeping, mopping, wiping countertops & emptying trash.
Perform shift and/or closing duties. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time. Must have full range of motion in
arms, fingers, hands, and legs. Ability to lift, push or pull minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to work in hot, damp environment.

irrigation and chemical application of all flower beds and planting areas. Perform the cleaning of debris, tree maintenance
including trimming, removal and irrigation. Perform maintenance, repairs and winterization of irrigation systems. Perform
maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools. Keep supervisor informed of equipment and supply needs. Acquire working
knowledge of the resort facilities to respond appropriately to guest questions, as required. Keep supervisor promptly and
fully informed of all problems or unusual matters coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken when
appropriate. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally; full mobility of hands, feet, arms, legs and fingers
required to bend, stoop, crawl, walk, lift, push, pull, etc. to complete assigned tasks. Must speak, read and write basic English.
