ROOM ATTENDANTS – FULL TIME – 3 POSITIONS AVAILABLE – Position is responsible for ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, and must have the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of our guests. Candidates must be able to interact with guests in a courteous and efficient manner, possess high levels of attention to detail, and maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and throughout the resort. Previous housekeeping experience is required. Qualified candidates must be able to speak English; Bi-lingual is a plus.

RESORT ATTENDANT – FULL TIME– This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in all common areas of the resort including, but not limited to, parking lot, hallways, stairwells, pool, and landscaping. This will be a day shift position. Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

ROOM INSPECTOR – FULL TIME – This position will work Second Shift from 12:00pm – 8:30pm. Responsibilities include assisting the Housekeeping Supervisor in overall department management. This person will be responsible for inspecting the quality of work performed by hotel housekeeping team, ensuring that all rooms are prepared in a timely manner and are maintained according to SunStream’s standards. Effectively provides instruction and guidance to Room Attendant staff. Duties may also include assisting with room assignments, laundry duties, room and common area cleaning, as needed. Candidates must have attention to detail. Qualified candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and some holidays. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is required. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bi-lingual is a plus.

SERVER – FULL TIME – 3 POSITIONS AVAILABLE – Responsibilities include serving drinks and meals to guests in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner, in all food and beverage outlets. Suggestively sell menu and drink items and ensure that guests receive quality service throughout their visit. Previous server experience is required.

LINE COOKS – FULL TIME – 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE – Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates; Handles, stores and rotates all products properly while maintaining a sanitary work station. Follows all sanitation and safety guidelines; Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience; Qualified candidates must be able to work flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.

REVENUE MANAGER – FULL TIME – Responsible for coordinating the revenue management functions and inventory strategy for multiple properties to ensure that revenue and profits are maximized; Manage room authorizations, rates and restrictions. Analyze competitive performance through the use of market share tools and make recommendations to the properties. Analyze reports and available information to make long term pricing recommendations. Develop strategies that will maintain and/or increase RevPAR for all properties. Must have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, have strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of revenue management concepts, have ability to make sound decisions, and be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Prior hotel revenue management experience is required.  Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

SRC SALES AGENT – FLEXIBLE HOURS– PT Mon, Tues, Fri from 5pm-8pm. Responsibilities include answering guest and potential guest calls, providing resort information, and placing guest reservations. Up-selling and cross-selling techniques must be utilized when providing information and placing reservations. Must have professional communication skills and exceptional customer service skills; must be detail oriented and have ability to enter data efficiently and accurately. Training will be provided for this position.

HOST/HOSTESS – – Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized area, ensuring all menus are free of spots or stains, entryways are clear and inviting. Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner, escorting them to their table and presenting menus. Ensure servers are aware of their areas and newly seated guests. Plan seating chart and organize reservations, checking with manager to ensure you have all reservations for the shift and are aware of any large parties arriving. Invite guests back as they are leaving and say good-bye to all guests.

VACATION CLUB @ DIAMONDHEAD – OWNERSHIP SALES EXECUTIVES – FULL TIME - The Vacation Ownership Club at DiamondHead Beach Resort is hiring two full time Sales Executives. Previous sales experience in the timeshare industry is preferred. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. These positions are responsible for providing tours for potentials clients and providing them with the appropriate information on our property amenities and room types. CATERING, SALES & DINING ROOM MANAGER – This position has been filled internally by Julie Krause. Julie has been the Sales & Catering Assistant for Bellasera for almost one year now. Congratulations on your promotion Julie!

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – FULL TIME - Position is responsible for performing various building maintenance repairs, upgrades and service items such as electrical and plumbing components as needed. Repair and/or install lighting fixtures, sprinklers, faucets, washers and seals, clogged drains, paint and trim work, assemble and/or repair furniture and cabinetry. Also responsible for completing grounds work including trash disposal, curb sweeping, and maintenance of tree and flower plantings. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs occasionally; 50 pounds frequently. Must have full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers and legs in order to stoop, crawl, walk, bend, push, pull, reach and lift as required by various job duties. Minimum of 1 yr experience required. Must be able to read, write and speak English; Bi-lingual a plus.

BELL ATTENDANT – PART TIME - Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests by handling all luggage requirements to and from guest rooms. Instruct guests on correct operation of all equipment in rooms and inform them of resort amenities and services. Provide miscellaneous guest services such as mail service, delivery of newspapers, laundry and other materials as requested. Maintain baggage room, carts, guest elevators and lobby area to ensure it is neat and orderly. Must read, write and speak English; Bi-lingual a plus.
