PROPERTY CONTROLLER – Responsible for accounting, auditing, budgets, taxes and related activities and records; establishes and administers procedures and systems pertaining to financial matters. This position is responsible for both resort and food & beverage accounting functions, asset management, implementing and enforcing internal control measures, maintaining all accounting records and development, analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information. The Controller evaluates operating results in terms of costs, budgets, policies or operation, trends and maximizes profitability. Prepares monthly forecasts and resulting financial statements for the hotel and F&B outlets along with required supporting schedules and other data necessary for financial reports and records. Prepares and supervises preparation of applicable federal, state and local tax information’s returns.  Must be proficient in MS office programs. Must have recent supervisory experience and have ability to lead accounting department team.  Must have five (5) years minimum experience in hotel accounting in a similar or related position.  Accounting degree preferred.

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER  – FULL TIME -   Responsible for daily reconciliations as well as assisting with month and year end close processes, general ledger reconciliation, income statements, balance sheets and cash flow schedules.  Review and analyze reports, assist in development and implementation of additions or revisions to operational controls and system changes. Oversee billing, revenue accounting and cost accruals.  Assist Property Controller with all accounting aspects related to property revenues and expenses.  Minimum two years prior accounting, cash handling and cash controls experience is required.  Candidate should be proficient in excel and all Microsoft office applications as well as all aspects of the accounting process.  Must have strong analytical and organizational skills.

ROOM ATTENDANT – PART TIME – Responsible for ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms/public areas, must have ability to anticipate & meet needs of our guests. Interact with guests in a courteous & efficient manner & maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms & throughout resort. Previous housekeeping experience required. Must be able to speak English; Bi-lingual a plus.

RESORT ATTENDANT – PART TIME – DAY SHIFT, HOURS WILL VARY.  Responsible for maintaining cleanliness & organization in all common areas of the resort including parking lot, hallways, stairwells, pool, & landscaping.  Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

HOUSE ATTENDANT – PART TIME- Restock all carts with linen as needed throughout the day, deliver items in a timely manner.  Assist in laundry by filling washers/dryers & emptying them throughout the day.  Remove all linen & trash; throw down chute throughout the day.  Strip guest rooms as needed, sweep & mop hallway floors daily, use floor machine weekly, shampoo carpets as needed in all rooms & common areas.  Maintain cleanliness of windows/doors on all floors; maintain stairwells daily, deep clean weekly.  Sweep all guest laundry rooms.  Clean all vending/ice machines on all floors; deep clean once per month.  Assist in all areas necessary to complete job in a timely manner.

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER – FULL TIME - Essential duties of this position include soliciting, negotiating and closing new and repeat business through outside sales calls, telemarketing, direct mail, referrals, networking and internet prospecting.  Strong sales experience and the ability to work with diverse clientele is required.  Will work with outside organizations and community contacts to book corporate, association, and social group business.  Responsible for achieving budgetary goals, meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in keeping with revenue guidelines.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be highly detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, self motivated, and an ability to work independently.  Previous sales experience and a record of success in the hospitality field is required.

TOUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE – FULL TIME– Responsible for presenting DiamondHead Beach Resort to guests for Vacation Ownership opportunities through property tours and marketing media efforts.  Must possess excellent customer service skills with a background in public relations and/or hospitality preferred.  Proven background of results oriented experience in sales, marketing and communicating with diverse people groups.  Excellent written and spoken English and professional appearance required.  One (1) year experience in related field preferred.

LINE COOK – FULL TIME - Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.  Handles, stores and rotates all products properly while maintaining a sanitary work station.  Follows all sanitation and safety guidelines.  Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience. Qualified candidates must be able to work flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – FULL TIME: Position is responsible for performing various building maintenance repairs, upgrades and service items such as electrical and plumbing components as needed.  Repair and or install lighting fixtures, sprinklers, faucets, washers and seals, clogged drains, paint and trim work, assemble and/or repair furniture and cabinetry.  Also responsible for completing grounds work including trash disposal, curb sweeping, and maintenance of tree and flower plantings.  Must be able to lift up to 100lbs occasionally; 50 pounds frequently.  Must have full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers and legs in order to stoop, crawl, walk, bend, push, pull, reach and lift as required by various job duties.  Responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interaction.  Minimum of 1 yr experience required.  Must read, write and speak English.

BELL ATTENDANT – PART TIME – Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests by handling all luggage requirements to and from guest rooms.  Instruct guests on correct operation of all equipment in rooms and inform them of resort amenities and services.  Provide miscellaneous guest services such as mail service, delivery of newspapers, laundry and other materials as requested.  Maintain baggage room, carts, guest elevators and lobby area to ensure it is neat and orderly.  Provide valet and shuttle services for guests.   Must read, write and speak English; Bi-lingual a plus.
