This week we featured the resort from a dogs perspective, while also talking to some of the guests who brought their pets along with them. We touched a little on the Oil Spill, however, since Southwest Florida has been very fortunate we want to continue our outings and talked to our guests while also letting others get acquainted with our resorts. Thursday, July 15th, 2010Our beaches are CLEAN! The latest reports show that there is a 1% chance that our Southwest Florida beaches will be effected by the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill! That’s great news and we hope to see you REAL soon!

SunStream’s Clean Beach Guarantee!
SunStream’s Clean Beach Guarantee promises that our Hotels & Resorts located in Southwest Florida will be oil and tar free during our guests stay. In the unlikely event that the beaches of Lee & Collier County are officially closed by Federal, State or Local authorities or if health conditions are compromised, SunStream has made a decision to take a proactive step in alleviating guest concern.
If the beaches become threatened during your stay and you wish to leave, you will be entitled to a prorated refund for the remaining nights of your stay or the ability to rebook within 2 years of your cancellation date with no penalties.
If the official closure takes place within 72 hours of your stay, SunStream will offer a full refund of room fees, taxes and resort fee if applicable, or you can rebook your stay anytime within 2 years of your cancellation date with no penalties.
