From dawn till dusk a day at the beach is a must, beachcombing early in the morning and relaxing on the white sugar sand with the waves lapping over your feet, watching all the wildlife doing their natural habitat undisturbed -it is just complete heaven on earth and I wish we could be there everyday!!

  7. The beach on the Florida Gulf Coast consists of sparkling, crystal clean sand that feels like powder to your feet. The calm, clear Gulf resounds with each gentle wave and washes over your feet as you search for amazing shells. At evening time you can watch the awesome sunset from under a beach umbrella and just gaze at the perfection that is the beach, the sky and the sun as it sets into the horizon. Peace and excitement at the same time.

The thing I love the most about the beach is spending the day with my family and walking the beach looking for treasures to take home and hoping to catch a glimpse of the dolphins.

  12. Jacqueline says:

I can do it any day, and it makes the day feel expanded and relaxed. Even better is when it’s with friends–especially when unexpectedly meeting with one. Oh, and the little independent shops that are there–a nice break from the monotonous chain stores that invade every area.

  13. Joan Bailey says:

Our family made a tradition of spending Mother’s Day at Gull Wing Resort with our daughter and grandchildren. It was a piece of heaven and being on the beach from dawn to dusk with our accommodations only steps away from the shore was bliss.
