I’ve lived in Florida for more than 18 years and haven’t visited Cape Coral as yet, but hope to do so once the hotel is opened.

The view from the hotel is spectacular. I can see myself sitting on the deck and watching the sunset while enjoying a wine. This would be a great weekend get away.

Absolutely captivating! A definite must see and stay. We love being around the water, taking in spas, sipping on cocktails in the evening watching the sun go down. More importantly relaxing in a beautiful environment with little traveling to get there.

Having watched the resort being built I have been very impressed with the quality and the way the developer has not scrimped on anything.
The location is wonderful, the restaurant is beautiful, the views are spectacular and I can’t wait for my first dinner there.

The best thing about MarinaVillage is that Sunstream operates it! I have stayed at a few of Sunstream’s resorts and they know exactly what they are doing when it comes to hospitality! The staff always makes you feel so welcome, it’s like a home away from home!
This will be a great new location. My family has always enjoyed staying at Sunstream properties, there always first class.

I’ve never visited Florida but have always wanted to! If I ever get to go the Maria Village is high on my list. That spa looks awesome!
We have an auction next week at our 4H center and had a weeks stay in Ft.Myers in Pointe Estero Resort. Our center is 100% self supporting with no money from the county or state. We have 200 hundred groups of children and adults that use our facility at no charge. The condo deal has fallen thru!! The donor and wife are divorcing! Your new facility is beautiful! I know that we could help our auction and perhaps interest one our guests in your resort on a permanent vacation destination. Thak you for your time. (Honest this is the truth).
I love the idea of enjoying a spectacular vacation without the costs of a flight or gasoline expenses since I live in the Fort Myers area. This is especially a wonderful opportunity for locals to enjoy a “stacation” and still feel as though you are in a different part of the world!

I got to see the beauty of the resort first hand during the construction, I fabricated most of the aluminum on this project including the weddinging pavilion.I have intensions of purposing to my girfriendof ten years at this spot.I couldn’t think of a better place to start our lives!
