SunStream’s Clean Beach Guarantee promises that our Hotels & Resorts located in Southwest Florida will be oil and tar free during our guests stay. In the unlikely event that the beaches of Lee & Collier County are officially closed by Federal, State or Local authorities or if health conditions are compromised, SunStream has made a decision to take a proactive step in alleviating guest concern.
If the beaches become threatened during your stay and you wish to leave, you will be entitled to a prorated refund for the remaining nights of your stay or the ability to rebook within 2 years of your cancellation date with no penalties.
If the official closure takes place within 72 hours of your stay, SunStream will offer a full refund of room fees, taxes and resort fee if applicable, or you can rebook your stay anytime within 2 years of your cancellation date with no penalties.

FORT MYERS BEACH, FL – May 12, 2010 – SunStream Hotels & Resorts would like to recognize those travelers still keeping travel and tourism alive in Southwest Florida by offering a FREE night at 6 of their fine hotels & resorts.
