Terms and Conditions:

1. The reservation must be made on SunStream.com, DiamondHeadfl.com, GullWingfl.com, PointeEstero.com, ParkShorefl.com, BellaseraNaples.com or POIResort.com in order to qualify.
2. Rate must be available to the general public and does not apply to:
   • Negotiated/Contracted rates, corporate and group rates, rewards program, incentive, consolidator or interline prices or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate or from an email that you received. The rate must be displayed on a U.S.-based website that is available to the general public and must be quoted and booked in U.S. dollars (and without reference to currency converters).
   • Opaque rates booked on an auction website where the consumer does not know the hotel/resort being booked until confirmation. Examples of these types of sites are (but not limited to) Priceline.com and Hotwire.com.
   • Package websites or wholesale websites where room rates are packaged with other travel components, such as airfare or car rentals.
   • Hotel package rates that include additional amenities such as meals, amenities, services, parking, etc.
   • Discount rates that are offered to select groups of individuals such as Senior Citizen rates and Government rates.
   • Rates extended to long stays over 30 days.
3. The comparison rate on an alternate site must be found within 24 hours of booking or at the same time of booking. Each night will be considered individually when evaluating the comparison rate.
4. The 10% discount will be taken from the lower rate found and verified on the other site. The lower rate must be bookable.
5. The guarantee does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, resort fees or any other fees you may incur during your stay.
6. All requests, including receipts, are subject to SunStream’s verification. SunStream’s decisions are final, and by submitting a request, you fully and unconditionally agree that you are bound by them. SunStream will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price. Nor will SunStream verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made in bad faith.
7. SunStream reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Guaranteed Best Online Rate or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. SunStream’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
